What does the registration fee include?
Doctor delegates
Attendance at all sessions,
Coffee, tea, lunch on 9,10 & 11 March. Dinner on 8th and 9th March. Banquet (Paid) is on 10th March.

Attendance at student congress.

Meals - Breakfast and Lunch from 7th to 11th March. Dinner on 8th and 9th March.
Note: South Asian Students will be accommodated at International Youth Centre, Indian Social Institute and Gandhi Peace Foundation from 6th to 11th March. The place of accommodation will be intimated to each registered delegate well in time.

Registration Cancellation policy
Request for cancellation should be made in writing to the congress secretary. Refund will be made with in two months after the congress.
 
Before 1st February  2008        75% refund
Before  25th February 2008      50% refund
No refund will be made after that.
 
 
Transport from Airport
For the convenience and safety of delegates please note that as you come out of the custom clearance at the International Airport Delhi, there is a prepaid taxi service booth on the left side managed by the Delhi Police. Please hire a taxi from them. There are some private booths as well, but we suggest to hire taxi from police booth only as it is safe and economical.
 
 
VISA
Visa may be obtained from the respective embassies. After you have registered, we will send you the necessary documents required for the VISA.
 
Weather in Delhi
Delhi temperature in the 2nd week of March varies between 25 – 30 Degree Centigrade in the day time and 12 - 15 Degree Centigrade at night. Some times Delhi may experience light showers during this period but generally it is a dry and pleasant weather.
